Kylo - AI Photo Enhancer provides image improvement services through Artificial Intelligence. This document describes how we handle your information and your rights regarding your data.

Data collection and usage

We collect information necessary to provide and improve our services, including:

• Images provided by you for processing.
• Device identifiers such as advertising ids for monetization and analytics.
• Technical logs and app interaction data.

Third-party Artificial Intelligence processing

Kylo does not own or operate proprietary Artificial Intelligence models. Image enhancement is performed through a third-party api provider. When you use these features:

• Your image is transmitted to the third-party service for processing.
• The third-party provider stores your image for a temporary period of 24 hours to ensure service delivery and stability.
• After 24 hours, all images are permanently deleted from the third-party servers.
• Your images are not used to train, improve, or refine any Artificial Intelligence models.

Data storage

We use Google Firebase services for user authentication and secure file storage. Kylo temporarily stores your uploaded image while the external API processes it. Once the external API has processed the image, it is permanently deleted from Google Firebase services.

Advertising and analytics

This app uses Google Admob and other advertising networks to display ads. These partners may collect device identifiers to serve personalized content. You can manage these preferences through your device's privacy settings or the provided consent prompts within the app.

Children

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13, nor is it designed for them to use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our systems. Individuals under the age of 18 must obtain explicit permission from their parents or legal guardians to use this app and its services.

Your rights

Regardless of your location, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. You may exercise these rights at any time by contacting us. We honor global privacy control signals and international data protection standards.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this document.
